Returns & Exchanges
I take pride in my craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and want you to be happy with your new jewelry from Rapt in Maille. Please read all policies below:
Exchanges: 30 days Returns: 15 days.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange any product purchased on raptinmaille.com, please email for approval within 30 days of delivery (verified by UPS tracking). Items then must be received for exchange within 7 days of approval. Items purchased during the holiday season (November 1st-December 31st) may be exchanged through January 15th of the following year.
Items may only be exchanged for those of equal or greater value. For items of greater value, instructions for additional payment will be sent via digital invoice. Please DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Email is not secure, and Rapt in Maille is not responsible for any personal information sent by email.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return any product, please email for approval within 15 days of delivery (verified by UPS tracking). Items must then be returned and received within 7 days of approval. Items purchased during the holiday season (November 1st-December 31st) may be returned through January 15 of the following year.
Returns must be made by and refunded to the original purchaser. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of item(s). Original shipping amount is non-refundable.
NOTICE: Custom and clearance items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING EXCHANGES OR RETURNS: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
Please pack the item(s) well to protect from damage during shipping. Customers are solely responsible for providing safe shipment. A box or padded envelope is recommended. Please do not send any item unprotected in a standard envelope. Always get tracking information for your package. Insurance is also recommended.
Be sure to include a note in the package with the exchange/return details, your email, and return shipping address. Please send to the address below.
Note: If you send your package signature required, it will take longer to get to me. I am never here when the carriers deliver, so there will be 3 delivery attempts, then I will have to go pick up your package from the carrier.
