WINTER GEMSTONE 2023 Scolecite Triangle Pendant

This white stone has a subtle fibrous patterning and is set with tiny stainless spheres. It hangs from a necklace of mixed patterns and chains, ending with a long length of oval chain. 

Max length is 23.5", but the necklace can be clasped shorter along the chain. The stone in its setting is 1-7/8" tall.

Scolecite forms long, thin prismatic crystals or needles in close proximity to one another that fuse as they grow. It was named from "skōlēx," the Greek word for worm, which refers to the crystal's tendency to curl when heated with a blowtorch.
