WINTER GEMSTONE 2023 Oval Black Onyx in Quartz Cuff Bracelet

A bold, black onyx in quartz oval stone is set with tiny stainless spheres, then links are welded to the sides for the chainmaille to be attached. Coming off of the chainmaille are sections of slinky curb chain with a piece of chunkier curb chain on the outsides. Tube/slide clasp.

This cuff is best worn on the snug side and will be custom fit to the buyer. Length is currently just under 7.5", which is best for about a 6.25-6.5" wrist. 

Onyx is a variety of chalcedony that usually has patterns of parallel bands in the stone. Artificial treatments have been used since ancient times to produce the solid black color in black onyx.

Quartz is the second most abundant mineral on Earth and it known for its strength as a mineral. The Ancient Greeks referred to quartz as  krustallos, derived from the word  kruos, meaning "icy cold," because some believed it to be a form of supercooled ice.
