WINTER GEMSTONE 2023 Black Agate Druzy Teardrop Necklace

This black agate has a large pocket of gray-black druzy crystal in the center. It has a chunky setting of stainless spheres and drops from a chain of asymmetrical design. The necklace clasps in front with a toggle.

Length is set at 18" and the pendant drop is 2".

The name agate comes from the Achates River, currently the Dirillo river, south of Sicily, in Italy.

Druzies are made up of tiny crystals that have formed on the surface of another stone over millions of years.
