GEMSTONE Long Triple Multi-Crystal Necklace
The pendant on this long necklace has 3 different crystals that swing on a barbell bail: black tourmaline, hematite, and rock quartz. The necklace is a mix of multiple sections of hand-linked and assembled chains, including curb, Byzantine, oval, and cable. Necklace length is 34.5" and the pendant drop is 3.25". This one has a clasp and can even be double-wrapped to be worn shorter.
Tourmaline is made up of a group of complex crystal silicate minerals compounded with elements such as aluminum, iron, magnesium, sodium, lithium, or potassium. Tourmaline can be found in a wide variety of colors from colorless to black. The black variety of tourmaline is called Schorl.
Hematite is a common iron oxide compound widely found in rocks and soils. Is it commonly a black or steel/silver grey, but can also be brown or red. Its name comes from the Greek word for blood due to the red varieties.
Quartz is the second most abundant mineral on Earth and it known for its strength as a mineral and its ability to vibrate at a precise frequency. Clear quartz is commonly called rock quartz.
