GEMSTONE Round Septarian Nodule Ring: Size 8.5

Approximate size: 8.5

This round and glossy septarian nodule resembles an eye with lashes, or an insect with many legs. Either way it makes a great Halloween ring! Set with stainless spheres on a thick, triple-link band.

Septarian nodules come from a rock formed from a calcium-rich clay that hardened into a limestone nodule. Later, the rock shrank, creating cracks that were then filled with water in which calcite crystal formed. The angular cracks are called septaria, which comes from the Greek word ‘septum,’ meaning partition.

*Please note: the color of the stone may be slightly different in person due to photography/computer monitor/device screen color discrepancies.
